Licensed Practical Nurses
Duties:
- Obtain basic measures including blood pressure, respiration, pulse, height, weight, and intake and output from stable clients
- Provide basic physical care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist client in transporting to chair, bed, commode, and/or wheelchair
- Administer medication according to doctor's orders
- Report and document all medication administration and changes
Qualifications:
- Must hold current Hawaii LPN license
- Must have current CPR & First Aid
- Must have current TB clearance and immunization records
- Must have at least 1 year hospital, nursing home, or home care experience
